The Mentor Program is now open

The Mentor Program is designed for young people who are ready to take their first step into the creative and event industry, but are still figuring out what that step should look like.

Throughout the program, participants are matched with a professional from the field they’re interested in. Instead of learning from a distance, they experience the work up close. From meetings and productions to the everyday reality behind the scenes.

The focus is on gaining clarity. By working closely with a mentor, participants explore what suits them, ask questions and develop a better understanding of how the industry works in practice.
