The Mentor Program is designed for young people who are ready to take their first step into the creative and event industry, but are still figuring out what that step should look like.

 

Over the course of the program, participants are matched with a professional from the field they’re interested in. Instead of learning from a distance, they get the opportunity to experience the work up close: from meetings and productions to everyday moments that shape a career.

 

The program focuses on gaining clarity. Many participants already have an idea of what they want to do, but through direct exposure and personal guidance, they are supported in making more confident and informed choices about their future.

 

Each participant is responsible for shaping their own learning process. By staying in close contact with their mentor, they actively explore what the work looks like in practice and what role suits them best within the industry.

 

The Mentor Program is about more than just orientation. It’s about building connections, asking the right questions and understanding how the creative industry really works from the inside.

 

At the end of the program, participants walk away with a clearer sense of direction and the confidence to take their next step.
