Second season of HUBS is coming

After a successful first edition, HUBS returns this Amsterdam Dance Event for a second season.

Developed by Common Culture in collaboration with Amsterdam Dance Event, HUBS brings the next generation closer to the creative industry through free local programs in Amsterdam Zuidoost and Noord.

While ADE is known as one of the world's leading music conferences and festivals, many young people in Amsterdam have never experienced the opportunities the industry has to offer. HUBS aims to change that by bringing knowledge, inspiration and professional networks closer to the neighborhoods where young people already live.

Throughout the program, participants meet professionals from across the creative sector, take part in workshops and conversations, and gain insight into the many different roles within music, events and cultural organizations. Rather than focusing on one specific discipline, HUBS encourages participants to explore their interests, ask questions and discover where they could see themselves in the future.

More than just a series of workshops, HUBS creates a space where young people can connect with each other, exchange ideas and take their first steps into the creative industry. By making these opportunities accessible within their own neighborhood, the program lowers barriers and opens doors to careers that can often feel out of reach.

This second season continues that mission, creating new opportunities for young people in Amsterdam Noord and Zuidoost to learn, connect and become part of the creative community.
