A new edition of the Mentor Program is about to begin, connecting young people with professionals from across the creative and event industry.
The program is designed for young people who are curious about working in the industry, but are still exploring what role or direction suits them. Each participant is matched with a mentor working in a field that connects to their interests and ambitions.
Rather than learning about the industry from a distance, participants get the opportunity to experience it up close. Together with their mentor, they can join meetings, visit productions, ask questions and gain insight into what the work looks like in practice.
There is no fixed route throughout the program. Participants actively shape their own learning process together with their mentor, depending on what they want to discover and where they want to develop. This gives them the space to explore different possibilities while learning directly from someone working in the field.
The Mentor Program is about gaining a clearer understanding of the creative and event industry, building connections and discovering what suits you. By experiencing the work first-hand, participants can make more informed choices about the direction they want to take next.
With a new group starting soon, another round of matches between participants and professionals is about to take shape.
Participation is free and open to young people aged 18–30.
