Coming up: HUBS during Amsterdam Dance Event

During Amsterdam Dance Event, HUBS takes place for the first time this year: a three-day program that moves through the city and introduces young people in different neighborhoods to the world behind music and events.
With sessions at World of Flavours (Zuidoost), One Sixty (Nieuw-West) en Triple C (Noord), HUBS i a new initiative within ADE, organized by Common Culture in collaboration with Amsterdam Dance Event. The program is aimed at young people between 16 and 25 who are interested in music and events but are not sure where to start.
Speakers include Marc Derby (founder of Vacature Via), Osborn Stjeward (founder of STEWWW), and Jaƫl Niesink & Jonne Falk (from PIV Records).
Each HUB consists of workshops and conversations with professionals from the music industry. Speakers share their experiences, from organizing club nights to working behind the scenes at festivals, and show how you can take your own first step into this world.
HUBS builds on the concept of ADE Lab, but makes it more accessible to a new audience. While Lab focuses on makers and young professionals, HUBS gives young people an approachable introduction to the opportunities within the music and events industry.
