Cultuur Krakers: New edition

Cultuur Krakers is a creative program for young people between the ages of 18 and 30 from the Amsterdam region who want to contribute ideas about the future of museums. 

Many young people do not feel truly represented in traditional museums. How can you ensure that they do feel involved? In this edition, we take a closer look at two Amsterdam museums and explore how they can better reach young people. 

You will delve into what is going on in the cultural sector: how museums are structured, how decision-making works, and where the money flows. You will attend workshops led by inspiring professionals and learn how to pitch an idea that can lead to real change.

You will work on a concrete idea that you will pitch to the museum as a possible catalyst for change. 

Cultuur Krakers is free and open to curious, motivated young people between the ages of 18 and 30 from Amsterdam.
