IN THE VAN GOGH MUSEUM

UPDATE:
After 10 weeks of creating, photography and poetry, the time had come on December 9; the exhibition at the Van Gogh Museum.
During 8 sessions, 10 young people in collaboration with Sharon, Gershwin, Eddy, Selina and Serginho created a total of 21 artworks that they got to exhibit in the museum. The day of construction was a very interesting day for everyone, in which we experienced how a museum works at the back end.
After a few hours of hard work, blood, sweat and tears, the exhibit finally stood and we could open to the public. There were many people from the municipality, such as the district chairman Esther Lagendijk, who came to see what the young people had been doing the past few weeks and there was a lot of Vincent on Friday's audience who came to take a look.
The theme of Vincent on Friday was "Drippin' in gold" and was hosted by House of Vineyard, the ballroom movement of the Netherlands and was a nice tie into what we did at Vincent goes North: everyone gets to be there.

In collaboration with STEKKS and the Van Gogh Museum, we will work with VINCENT GOES NORTH to connect young people with the art of Vincent van Gogh. We will inspire them to work with experienced artists and creatives to create their own artwork. Obviously inspired by works of Van Gogh.
Over 8 weeks, participants will work on their creative concepts, engage in the creative process and will eventually exhibit their works at the Van Gogh Museum in early December 2022.
